Reading List 2026

Non-Fiction

In The Absence of the Ordinary by Francis Weller - an interesting look at grief, trauma, healing and the need for community. Deep, philosophical and inspiring.

Decolonising Therapy by Jennifer Mullan - in progress. Reading a chapter a month as part of a book club group through Neurokindred. Such a thought provoking and important read.

Greater Than The Sum of Our Parts by Richard Schwartz - struggled to get through this one as an audio. Lots of practical activities and I struggle with parts work without support and tactile objects to shift around. Not a good introductory one but still useful.

Leading Above the Line by Michelle Bihary - an interesting look at what makes good leaders and psychologically safe workplaces.
