Part 2 - Values Exploration Workshop

  • Onekakā Hall 1202 Takaka-Collingwood Highway Onekaka, Tasman, 7182 New Zealand (map)

What makes you feel proud? What do you feel strongly about? What kind of person do you want to be? What’s important to you?

Values are about how you want to behave or act, and how you want to treat yourself, others and the world around you. They are not about what you want to get or achieve and they are not goals. They can be like a roadmap, give our lives meaning, and give us something to move towards.

When the things we do and way we behave match our values we might feel more content. Having a misalignment between values and actions can create discontent.

Feeling a bit lost as we move through 2023? Come and reflect, explore your values and set meaningful and achievable action steps to live more in line with those values and envision what the year ahead looks like for you.

This 2-part workshop is for anyone who is feeling a bit aimless, discontent or directionless and wants to explore and connect with what really matters to them, what drives them and how they can create a more value-driven life.

The workshop is presented in a small group setting of up to 6 people and facilitated by Rebecca, an Occupational Therapist. You can share as much or as little as you like in the group.

In session 2 you will make a vision board based on your values.

Handouts and activity materials provided. Bring a notebook if you would like and any favourite pens.

Different seating options available and bring any fidgets or other supports for yourself. Tea and coffee available, snacks provided but bring anything specific you would like.

Cost: $60-90 for both sessions (sliding scale).

Spaces are limited so get in touch to book.
