Doing things when you have chronic illness, limited energy, pain, sensory sensitivities, mental health challenges, neurodivergence, medical conditions, other additional needs or just general life responsibilities and challenges to juggle can be extra tough. It involves a lot of forethought and planning, extra time and resources, accommodations and adaptations, and recovery time. It's a lot to think about.

In this downloadable pdf worksheet I have broken this process down into 4 sections:

  • Scheduling

  • Planning

  • Doing

  • Recovery

With space to also think about the supports needed at the different phases of an activity:

  • Before

  • Transport

  • During

  • After

I've also included an example of supports used and how I planned for a trip away from home. Hope you find this useful!
