Supporting other neurodivergent health professionals (with and without chronic illnesses) to live well, whatever that looks like for you.

*Supervision/mentoring sessions available from February 2026*

Currently taking enquiries for training - contact

To support my own wellbeing and fluctuating capacity, I will be shifting my focus to training, supervising and mentoring other health professionals in 2026 and will not be offering 1:1 Occupational Therapy.

If you would like to keep up to date with what I’m doing you could subscribe to my email list (at the bottom of the page) or follow me on Facebook: The Chronically Resilient OT.

What do I offer?

From 2026 I will be focusing on supporting other health professionals through supervision, mentoring, consultation and training. I will no longer be offering ongoing 1:1 Occupational Therapy sessions. The way I work and my underlying core values will remain largely the same, and I am excited to be supporting health professionals, with a focus on wellbeing, environmental supports, self-understanding, self-management and meaningful activity.

Individual sessions, groups and workshops provide support around things like: meaningful activity and interests, roles and routines, getting clear on values and taking values-aligned action, executive functioning and emotion regulation, problem solving and troubleshooting existing strategies, learning new tools for supporting wellbeing and self-management, identity exploration and understanding your needs, developing and using sensory strategies, self-advocacy, mindfulness, self-compassion, sleep, movement - or anything else you’d like to focus on!

I will continue to create resources and worksheets, write blogs, and create and deliver trainings on topics like neurodiversity affirming practice, sensory processing and values. For more about these you could look at the trainings and presentations page, my blog, or the resources in my shop.

A neurotypical health professional seeking support for improving your understanding of neurodivergence to better support your clients or colleagues.

Where are services available?

Golden Bay, New Zealand - for in person sessions and workshops.

All over New Zealand and Australia - for online supervision sessions.

All over the world - for online groups, workshops, and mentoring.

I do sometimes travel and offer in person training in other places. Upcoming trainings will be listed on the event page and updates will go out each month in my newsletter.
